| Advanced Level – After you have learned plot, theme, conflict, resolution, and all the rest, this is the course that will take your writing to a new level. Wordsmithing is the application of advanced techniques, such as epistrophe, asyndeton, anaphora, hyperbole, idioms, brachylogy, irony, and much, much more. THIS course will put you at the head of the pack and give you the writing edge you are looking for. This is the jumping-off point to becoming a well-established and publishable writer. Learn to rejuvenate tired paragraphs! Add zip to plain sentences! Invigorate dull plots! Expand your vocabulary! Available only at Creative Writing Institute. *Students must have a good command of English and be able to write well-structured sentences. You must have good punctuation, editing skills, and a good working knowledge of dialogue, imagery and POV. Students must be able to accept constructive criticism. Count on sixty to ninety minutes of homework a week. |
